The White House is promoting action on health care reform within the next ten days. Part of the promotion is a list of the benefits that will be effective this year.

Take a close look where you find the word “new.” These and other changes in the legislation impact only new plans, at least for the next five years.
This raises two issues, how many people will actually be affected and will the adoption of new plans be inhibited for the next several years?
