I started my little blog because I had retired and wanted to keep busy and also to continue to share my knowledge and experience in the employee benefits field. I hope you occasionally find information of value. In addition, who can resist the temptation to be a pseudo political commentator.
I enjoy writing most when the post receives comments and a mini debate ensues, so please feel free to comment on anything and everything; I see them all. I also think its important to debunk Internet rumors and half-truths and I try to do that as often as possible especially related to a topic I know something about…if you receive one of those outrageous e-mails feel free to send it along.

Who would have thought an old(der) man in the US could attract world-wide attention? Take a look at the list of countries from which people have read this blog. This technology stuff never ceases to amaze me, especially when my first job involved typing a payroll on a manual typewriter with six sheets of carbon paper, what’s next? I can’t wait.
