I love this quote from a previous blog post, such optimism or gullible dumbness, take your pick. It’s ok to have high hopes for a law you support, but how about a reality check? The Obamacare supporters just can’t seem to make a distinction between costs actually going down and somebody else pay more of the costs for you … as in drug prices will go down and health insurance will be affordable in the marketplace.

My favorite prediction below is the “compare insurance options online as easily as they shop for airline tickets.”

In the coming months and years, more benefits will kick in: Adults with pre-existing conditions will be covered; prescription drug prices will go down even more for seniors; Americans will be able to compare insurance options online as easily as they shop for airline tickets now, increasing the quality and driving down the cost of coverage.

I guess nobody will be flying anywhere for the next six months.
