Does getting old give us certain rights and entitlements? After having forty plus years to make our lives what they become at sixty-five and beyond, do we have the right to demand more from following generations?
This article in the New York Times deserves serious thought. I urge you to read it.
The oldest generation deserves no more consideration than the youngest. Living a lifetime does not give you rights and entitlements, because life has already given you opportunity.
