Unemployment is over 9%

How do you temper what appears to be good news with not so good news and still keep your credibility? That’s a problem the Fed is facing.

Unemployment falling below 6% is certainly positive except that is not the full story. The unemployment rate does not include people without a job and who are no longer looking for one.
