For 2015 some premiums have minimal or no increase in premium, but that may be at the cost of a higher deductible or out-of-pocket costs.
Other plans have upwards of a 20% premium increase and some plans will simply not be available in 2015.

Renewal (keep same policy) is a pain if you have to change any information. My husband and I will be starting Social Security next year and working part time. Ironically our total income will remain about the same as last year but our individual income will change.
First problem password and ID didn’t work . Took 3 phone calls to get that fixed.
Second you have to review every question you answered last year and click next continue until you get to what you need to change. ( in our case where income is coming from and who gets how much). Of course there is no work part time and collect social security as where income is coming from so another phone call. She didn’t know the answer had to ask a supervisor.
Then finally when you go to enroll it takes you to the page that has all the choices and a small box that tells you find Plan ID box and enter number insurance co. gave you to renew. It took many many tries writing that number in before it went to the page where it was the same policy I have. Why oh why couldn’t I just click a renew button. Maybe I typed it wrong many many times but each time it took me to 3 silver policies one with the same name BLUE Cross advance silver but it had a $4000 deductible not the $3000 that our 2014 policy had. Dial to call again knowing that our insurance co. said our policy could be renewed when one more try it took me to my policy ( although I quick glance at new policies during this process I didn’t see it listed). Hooray enrolled.
Website is working good but it took well over an hr (almost 2) to keep the same policy and change one item. And several days to get password fixed…. 3 calls had to wait for emails over the last few weeks. (started 3 weeks ago because got an email saying important message from health care about income and 2015 insurance.
