Anthem health insurer data breech- you could be affected even if you have other coverage

Many people think that if they do not have health insurance directly with Anthem, they cannot be affected by their data breech.

That is not necessarily true. Because Anthem is part of the Blue Cross system even if you have coverage using another Blue Cross plan, if you live in a state where Anthem operates your data may be in their files.
