Based on questions I receive and comments I read, there are many people who believe that under Republicans Obamacare will be repealed. Some prospective Republican presidential candidates are even promising repeal.
It’s all fantasy‼️ The Affordable Care Act is not going anywhere. Remember that when you vote the next time or simply listen to political rhetoric.
Obamacare is engrained in our society like it or not. There are no viable options anywhere in sight. And that’s the truth‼️
No one is going to accept returning to pre-Obamacare. Just think about the formerly uninsured, the users of birth control, children to age 26, those getting free preventive care and premium subsides, individuals with pre-existing conditions, and Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries.

ObamaCare is what it is … like it or not. I agree, it will not be repealed, but it should be improved. I am interested in just what the Supreme Court will rule – whether subsidies apply to those that signed up for Federal Exchanges … do they vote based on how the law is written or based on “what it was supposed to mean”? I assume the final outcome will be up to Judge Roberts as a result of the partisan split in this non-partisan branch of our government.

You are probably right, but given that State can mean any government and the law says The State not a state, there is a chance they will rule in favor of the current interpretation.
