I was listening to the Progress channel on Sirius and I repeatedly heard the phrase “the far right extemists” of course with much disdain. I was wondering if there were also far left extremists. I got my answer when the hosts of the show began discussing the best way to purge the Democratic Party of moderate Democrats, you know, the middle of the road type. I guess there are far left extremist but of course, only the good kind. 😏
My perception was confirmed when they began discussing fracking and quickly concluded that this process of recovering oil was the cause of the drought in California. One of the hosts commented that it was ridicules to use a nonrenewable resource to obtain something we shouldn’t be using in the first place.
Given they hated oil, one must assume water was the nonrenewable resource in question. Have they ever heard of rain or snow?
Yup, when you are consumed by an ideology, there are extremes both left and right and frequently not much tolerance for common sense in the middle.
