When Democrats had control of Congress they jammed through the Affordable Care Act largely ignoring any suggestions or compromise with Republicans and uttering the famous phrase, “You have to pass it to find out what’s in it.”
Now that Republicans are in control they are attempting to reverse the Law by doing the same thing and ignoring the consequences of their actions. Repealing the medical device tax and ignoring the lost revenue, eliminating the Independent Payment Advisory Board and ignoring the state of Medicare and other brilliant ideas like repealing the insurance mandate and the premium subsidy.
We are being governed by 535 morons plus the uninformed boobs who want to take Hamilton off the $10 bill and leave Jackson on the $20. Does anyone pay attention or understand history?
