The typical clerk at McDonalds earns about $9.00 an hour and advocates and some politicians want it to be raised to $15.00.

Full-time equivalent: $18,720 clerk @ $9.00

Full-time equivalent store manager: $42,822

Differential = $24,102

Every great idea has consequences. Too bad politicians with unbridled empathy don’t understand that‼️

  1. Politicians only worry about votes, but if the minimum was to go to $15 across the country, I would say that close to 1,000,000 people would lose their job. Most obviously from small businesses and fast food places.
