A THIRD of British workers approach their 40s without having a penny saved for retirement, according to shock figures.

It’s not just a U.S thing it appears. Younger people just don’t save. Sure, everyone has an excuse, but I wonder how comforting that will be when they are 70? Britain as mandatory enrollment in employer plans, but it appears not to help much as too many younger workers opt out.
