We can’t control what others do and we can’t stop misfortune from striking. But we can control our own actions. Those who are financially prudent will most likely enjoy success, even if events don’t always go their way.
If there is no projected Medicare B premium increase in 2018 yet 70% who were held harmless in 2017 will be paying a lot MORE in 2018… then will those who are already paying $134 or more in Medicare B premium have their Medicare B premium reduced?? I have read two different news articles today that say they won’t. If not, then Medicare B will be getting a lot more total SS beneficiary money for Medicare B premiums in 2018 than it did in 2017.
How much of that 2% COLA will go to Medicare, Mr. Quinn?
