Updated Social Security COLA projection for 2020

The 2018 average CPI-W for July, August and September, which is the starting point for the 2020 COLA, was 246.352

To date in 2019 the average CPI-W for January, February and March is 246.373, virtually no change and thus no COLA in 2020.

However, there are several months to go and the trend has been up the last four months.
