Free? Never, but reasonable, why not?

All health care should have reasonable cost sharing at the point of service, insurance coverage should be universal and each year’s spending paid in full through a combination of citizen & employer payroll taxes and income-based premiums.
It’s really quite simple and it’s not socialism.
