Obamacare did not fulfill its promises to lower costs, but it did expand coverage significantly and it did not destroy private insurance. Private insurance which people complain about loudly.
Obamacare did increase premiums, but because it added coverages and eliminated medical underwriting thus allowing more people to obtain coverage.
There is a lesson here, the cost of coverage is directly related to the coverage provided. You can’t have both lower premiums and higher benefit coverage.
I could post like this every day, every ten minutes actually. The extent of lack of information or misinformation or simply the desire to lie is astounding.
And very sad…and dangerous because people like this are easily manipulated.
QUINNSCOMMENTARY 
No, the left did not let that many in or any willing. As far back as 2000 there were 8-10 million here. Many have been here 5-10 years many by overstaying visa. And all those millions here caused no harm, created no crime wave, most worked and paid taxes. Only since Trump whipped up xenophobia as a campaign scapegoat has it become the issue it is today. We should be leveraging all immigrants for our country’s benefit.

Unfortunately. we Americans love to be entertained and, I have to admit, President Trump’s political theater is world class. In my world travels, I remember a Southeast Asian idiom often used by locals: “Don’t thinking too much!” Americans have embraced that little chestnut wholeheartedly, an example being Mr. Quinn’s social media quote by “thing_workin” Why research when one can explain with emotion “Them radical lefties is to blame!” To my Republican friends, I urge you to embrace critical thinking skills; to my Democrat friends, I urge you to forget open borders and pronoun nonsense. Mr. Trump is twice elected; if Democrats want to win elections they need to meet people where they are- the middle, concerned with every day economic issues.
