Most Obamacare enrollees’ monthly insurance bills will go up substantially next year because of reductions in federal subsidies that help pay for their coverage. Enhanced payments passed by Congress in 2021 will lapse at the end of December. The drop-off in subsidies is both helping to drive higher premiums and making it harder for many consumers to pay them.
Excerpt from WSJ 10-28-25

Lower subsidies will not increase premiums. Lower subsidies will increase the portion of the premium paid by the insured individual.
The basic premiums are going up based on increasing prices of care and use of that care. And if healthier people drop their coverage, it will be much worse next year.

who is paying for subsidy?–added to the debt?–Affordable Care Act never was and is not affordable–
like so many social programs the means to fund it will be debt and then we will hear of the $37 trillion deficit and how how bad that is–the free lunch is not working too well as we will see in 5-6 years in NYC when the socialist/communist takes over.
