A this point we have all had our fill of the word “sequester.” Up until a few months ago I never heard the word, now I am sick of it as I suspect you are as well.
The sad part of all this is that our politicians seem to believe we are gullible. Does anyone seriously believe that in a multi-trillion dollar budget there isn’t room to trim 8% or more, or that this can come from pure waste, inefficiency and frivolous spending?

For example, did you know that the NFL, the NHL and the PGA among other sports organizations are classified as non-profit despite earning plenty of money and paying their commissioners millions of dollars in compensation and that this status allows them to avoid tens of millions in taxes?
