One in five did not pay Obamacare premiums

The New York Times is reporting that 20% of Americans who enrolled in a Obamacare exchange plan did not pay their premium in order to have coverage effective January 1st. Some insurers report as high as 30% not paying. One executive speculated that people enrolled in more than one plan through healthcare.gov
