This is a paragraph from a Wall Street Journal article April 1, 2014 relating last minute problems with healthcare.gov
Cynical old me read this paragraph and asked:
1⃣ 25 years old and a student?
2⃣ Six months pregnant? Married?
3⃣ No insurance
4⃣ Waits until last hours of eligibility to enroll … and “this” is terrible?
“This is terrible,” said Rosanna Carrasco, a 25-year-old student who arrived at 7:45 a.m. and waited three hours to see someone. Ms. Carrasco, who said she is six months pregnant and lacks health insurance, left after creating an account, with a promise that the clinic would call her to arrange a follow-up appointment.
