America’s Best Days – Rasmussen Reports™

This is what you get after six years of pounding the victim, scapegoat, lead from the pack, rigged, inequality, entitlement drum. You get mediocrity and complacency and I can’t do it, it’s too hard mentalities. You get defeatism.  Is that what was meant by hope and promise⁉️

imageFor those who are convinced these are America’s darkest days, worst financial crisis, worst inequality, worst of everything, it’s time to check the history books and learn about all the darker times this Country has endured, survived and thrived thereafter. The essence of the problem is leaders who were raised in an entitlement generation, who live for today, who have no concept of strategic planning or real leadership. Who would rather complain and point out our frailties than motivate and lead by example.

Voters continue to show little optimism about America’s future and feel less strongly about this nation’s leadership role.

Thirty-two percent (32%) of Likely U.S. Voters now think America’s best days are in the future, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey. That’s down from 34% in October but still above the all-time low of 29% last July. Forty-six percent (46%) think America’s best days are already in the past, but that’s down from 51% in the previous survey and is the lowest finding in a year. Another 22% are undecided.

  1. Trust me, we are all going to feel a whole lot better after Tuesday night’s State of the Union speech. We will hear how great the economy really is in spite of how you might feel about it. We will hear how much better off you will be when the rich 1% whales get harpooned (schadenfreude). We will hear how free college will fix the student debt problem and our crappy education system. All this and more as a result of His Presidential leadership.

    Hell, I feel better already.
