Is just plain stupid and for anyone with half a brain to say the plan will lower premiums by 25% is beyond stupid. This is a prime example of Republicans displaying a complete lack of understanding about the health care system and the psychology affecting health care decisions by individuals.
Mr. Walker proposed would provide a tax credit of $900 a year for those 17 years old or younger and escalate to a credit of $3,000 for people between the ages of 50 and 64.
