IRS announces 2018 limits for HDHP and HSAs

Limitation on deductions for an individual with self-only coverage under a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) – $3,450

Limitation on deductions for an individual with family coverage under an HDHP – $6,900

Annual deductible for self-only coverage that is not less than – $1,350

Annual deductible for family coverage that is not less than – $2,700

Annual out-of-pocket expenses (deductibles, co-payments, and other amounts, but not premiums) for self-only coverage – Do not exceed $6,650

Annual out-of-pocket expenses (deductibles, co-payments, and other amounts, but not premiums) for family coverage – $13,000
