What governemnt does affects us all now and for years in the future. Many times there are unintended consequences, it would be nice to get it right.
So you want to eliminate property taxes-better think it through.
Revenue to local communities and counties needs to be adequate and reliable. Property taxes provide that. Generally, communities like local control as much as possible.
