Imagine, this insignificant little blog of mine has been viewed over 500,000 times. In addition we have over 500 regular followers who receive an e-mail each time there is a new article (which I try to make a daily occurrence). We are visited daily by people around the world, so far 146 countries in all.

To date we have received over 2300 comments (not counting the spam and really obnoxious ones of no value I deleted).

Keep your comments coming, I read them all as do many other people.

I sincerely hope readers have found some value in the information and ideas presented. From my perspective writing here is my psychotherapy. When I retired after fifty years of designing and managing employee benefit plans of all types, it was like dropping off the edge of the planet. You know, stick your hand in a bucket of water and swirl around a bit and you make a lot of waves, but pull your hand out and in a few seconds nobody knows (or cares) you were there. So it is with retirement.

In any case, thank you for your support and funding my therapy with your time.
