While the Administration pats itself on the back because 400 software errors were fixed on healthcare.gov and now it can handle 50,000 people simultaneously, it forgets that’s only half a loaf. The back end, the really important part supporting enrollment and transmission and verification of data, still needs a great deal of work.
It looks great, but it doesn’t run. The engine is missing.
In addition, use of the site by small business has been delayed for a year. And lest we forget, this was all supposed to work 100% on October 1st. 😡
This isn’t about Obamacare, it’s about poor planning, poor management, poor execution; all a perfect example of bureaucracy managed by politicians with no management skills. Where is the accountability? You can’t talk your way to success forever.
