Why women earn less‼️

Reading an article on Think Progress.org got me to thinking about equal pay for women. When you look at the big picture, clearly women earn less. This article talks about the disparity even when men and women in the same industry, from the same college, same experience are compared.

What they don’t compare is a man and women doing the same job, starting at the same time. That is what matters if your quest is for fairness. After that all bets are off.

So, what we want to root out are those employers who hire a man and women for the same job and absent significant differences in experience and demonstrated accomplishments, pay the woman less than the man.

All the other macro possible factors to unequal pay are history and quite irrelevant.

The left and its naivety never ceases to amaze which is why so many of their arguments are pointless.

Consider this one from the above article. High school grades? Do these people work in the real world? Are you kidding me⁉️😄

“Even women with higher high school GPAs, who should be making more, will earn less than men with lower grades.”

  1. I had to read the article several times and I would like to see the data for the study. My question is if female MBA’s fresh out of college are offered $22k less for a starting position, what is that as an overall percentage of the starting salary? I went to one site and it stated that the average salary for a person who has 1 to 4 years experience in finance makes between $55k to $63k a year. If any MBA graduate took a job that paid them 60% less then I would assume they were the bottom of their class and I would not want them. But on the other hand, I would hire nothing but female MBA to save 40% of the labor costs

This was a very bias article and or bad study.
