Why should it equal any more than inflation? You do realize that CEO pay is mostly in their company stock not cash and that stock goes up and down. Ask Zukerburg. Warren Buffett’s pay is $100,000 a year. Besides who is going to pay for higher COLAs, we can’t even afford what we get now.
