Those are trillions of dollars by the way and sooner or later, they must be paid for one way or the other … or reduced which is quite unlikely.

On the bright side, each citizen may not get a mere $452,024 worth of promises. But it could be worse if Congress forgives and passes all those massive packages that they have on the table right now.
Meanwhile, the right hand keeps waving gender identity and racist bills while nobody cares about the IOUs the government is handing out in the left hand. Any bets that the government will suspend the debt ceiling for another two years in July 2021 when the last suspension expires?
