Difficulty Paying for Usual Household Expenses

According to the Household Pulse Survey, 27.1% of adults say they are living in households where it has been somewhat or very difficult to pay for usual household expenses in the last 7 days.

Given the unemployment rate is about half of what it was a year ago now at 5.9% plus the stimulus checks most Americans have received and the fact in the last few months spending is up, do you see this survey as credible?
