  1. So, per your chart, the part D deductible increased $45 from $545 (2024) to $590 (2025). And another $25 from 2025 to $615 in 2026.

    And, the point is?

    Yes, despite the government’s efforts to fix prices, whether for Rx or other services, costs keep increasing if only because of the ever increasing utilization. That shouldn’t be a surprise as Baby Boomers continue to age in older and older … we have many more people covered by Medicare who are ages 75 -84 (the “slow go” folks), and ages 85+ the “no go” folks.
