the United States of America can thrive and survive in the 21st century …
through bullying and military force over diplomacy …
without strong international alliances …
by undermining organizations such as the UN and NATO …
by insulting and belittling foreign leaders and governments …
without participating in international agreements and treaties…
without providing international assistance addressing global issues such as disease and the environment…
without immigration from all over the world…
without assisting poor nations and their people…
without international trade…
without getting its financial house in order…
without showing empathy and support for its citizens and residents in need …
if you think the leader of the USA can consolidate his power, challenge our laws and Constitution, insult and belittle our Supreme Court, judges and political opposition, and attempt to suppress the press …

if you think the USA is the big dog, can go it alone and doesn’t need the rest of the world…
you are sadly mistaken, you are wrong, dangerously wrong…and your children and grandchildren will pay a heavy price for allowing this to happen😢

Go MAGA. I loved his comeback to the ridiculous question about why Japan was not told in advance of the Iran Strikes. Priceless. He tells it straight up. Unlike all these weak politicians that pander for votes. Love love love.

I think you’ve been looking at the US through rose colored glasses. A more toned down Presidency is coming in a less than 3 years but the issues will be there just the same.

It with any luck, they will be the real issues, not his issues tainted by his ideology and personality.
I look at history, especially since WWII. I often wonder what Trump and friends would have said about the Marshal Plan or even the pardoning of Confederate soldiers if you want to go back further.

real issues???
what are more real than closing the border to millions crossing illegally–destroying the capacity of a rogue nation to wage war on Israel and its neighbors–finally making NATO nations aware of the money owed for our protection and maybe pay up.-hopefully liberating the Cuban people from 60+ years of repression by extreme lefties–trying to contain uncontrollable spending that has now reached $39 trillion in debt (how does forgiving student loans now sound)–
wasn’t it Obama who insulted the Court at the State of the Union a number of years ago–looked down at them and let them have it–what about Schumer who went after Justice Kavanaugh only to see an armed individual show up at his house in Chevy Chase–
I bet you had nothing to say about either incident or maybe the left-wing press gave it little or no notice so how would you know.
yes-the orange man can be tough to take–no excuse for boorish behavior and stupid statements like today’s on the deceased former Russia hoax and FBI head –beyond belief what he said.
but things get done and he is not sleeping the day away (maybe he should!!!) and I love it when we learn that ICE will be at airports Monday trying to help out with the mess created by the lefties in shutting down TSA. Usher the illegals through the line to their flight home.
if the lefties hadn’t told so many lies maybe Harris would be in the Big House with Willie Brown as her chief of staff–just think of how bad it could be with Crazy Bernie–Pocahontas–AOC– or Gov. U-Haul.

At last count a few months ago, at least 30,000 of Trumps lies that have the been documented and that didn’t even include the state of the union. But most of all, what really matters is the childish comparison to what anyone else at any time did.

Is this an “insult” you compare with Trump. Or even an insult as opposed to opinion?
“stated:
“With all due deference to separation of powers, last week the Supreme Court reversed a century of law that I believe will open the floodgates for special interests—including foreign corporations—to spend without limit in our elections.”

which responsibility do you speak of – what constitutional provision can you cite as justification for embracing a global perspective?
I’m no isolationist. Instead, if we are looking at what works, and if the past is an indicator of the future, we would have more success in helping ourselves by helping others if we focused on exporting capitalism – even the disputed practice we now have.
