Of course we all know that not all of them have adequately been funded, but that is the joint fault of Congress which doesn’t want to upset voters and citizens who think they should always get more, but not pay for it…or in the case of SS and Medicare not even sustain it.

The laws you list were from the Democratic Party of past decades. That Democratic party no long exists. Today’s Democratic party is run/ influenced by far far left progressives. Most of their proposed legislation makes no sense to me.

Examples? And what has happened to the Republican Party which decades ago I favored. Could they get any further extreme right and a bunch of sycophants to an authoritarian egomaniac?

How about a Medicare for All type plan, but not the Sanders universal coverage, free choice of providers and overall lower costs and if done right.
