Our precarious condition

If you want to see how far down the road to fascism we are, watch the actions by the Trump administration following the November elections.

Observe how far it is willing to go to undermine confidence in our system and block election results that don’t favor them.

“In recent days, Trump officials have sued to potentially block the certification of a Senate race in Alaska, threatened election officials in California with jail time, and implied that the outcome in a Senate race in Minnesota couldn’t be trusted if the Republican didn’t win. Trump’s allies have also been urging the President to potentially take drastic measures, including declaring martial law to seize ballots.”

You need to consider your definition of fascism–the judiciary will, and have, adjudicated the examples you have given–what’s fascism got to do with voting rights which have been and still are within the court system–just because you and I know that a miniscule % of illegals vote does not mean Trump or anyone else can’t litigate or campaign about perceived legalities. That ‘s not fascism just as your buddies lie about the rich not paying “their fair share”.

If someone ignores the law our courts have a remedy–remember the millions who broke into the U.S. and the demented one and his minions ignored it? Was that fascism or just plain stupidly? Whatever, it brought Trump back to 1600 PA Avenue.
