Based on the CPI-W for October, November, December 2020 and January 2021, the next COLA would be 0.35%. The last time the COLA was in that range was 2016.
Such numbers are a reflection of generally low inflation. However, these are very preliminarily estimates and all that really matters are the CPI-W numbers for July, August and September 2021 which are compared with the data from 2020 for the same months.
